Minor material amendment to permission 21/P/1189/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling and coach house, construction of replacement dwelling with associated works including landscaping and alterations to existing cowshed) to allow changes to the fenestration and roof tiles on the approved plans

Change of use from church hall (class D1 use) to single dwelling (class C3 use), includes internal changes, construction of a first floor and internal staircase, demolition of structures to the rear (lean to roof and concrete escape staircase), new windows and door at rear, installation of rooflights. (alterations to previously approved permission 19/P/0028/FUL)

Non-material amendment to application 19/P/0028/FUL (Change of use from church hall (class D1 use) to single dwelling (class C3 use), construction of a first floor and internal staircase, demolition of two structures at rear, alterations to upper room at rear and creation of a first floor balcony. New windows, rooflights and external doors.) to retain the existing rear extension to the original building rather than modify it at first floor. This omits the balcony/roof terrace and alterations to the roof in this area. Internally these proposals change the internal layout by locating one of the bedrooms to the ground floor and creating a double height void above the living area. The number of bedrooms is unaltered as 3 bedrooms. The proposals also add a number of roof windows as shown on the roof plan for natural daylight and ventilation into the rear of the property. These have been located on the rear facing roofs where possible.
