Minor material amendment to planning permission 21/P/2529/FUH (demolition of existing single storey rear extension and proposed erection of a replacement two storey rear extension with Juliet balcony to first floor level and conversion of loft into habitable accommodation) to allow for amendment in the roof construction; dual pitch replaced with single pitch and flat roof.

Non-material amendment to application 19/P/0028/FUL (Change of use from church hall (class D1 use) to single dwelling (class C3 use), construction of a first floor and internal staircase, demolition of two structures at rear, alterations to upper room at rear and creation of a first floor balcony. New windows, rooflights and external doors.) to retain the existing rear extension to the original building rather than modify it at first floor. This omits the balcony/roof terrace and alterations to the roof in this area. Internally these proposals change the internal layout by locating one of the bedrooms to the ground floor and creating a double height void above the living area.
