Non-material amendment to application 19/P/0028/FUL (Change of use from church hall (class D1 use) to single dwelling (class C3 use), construction of a first floor and internal staircase, demolition of two structures at rear, alterations to upper room at rear and creation of a first floor balcony. New windows, rooflights and external doors.) to retain the existing rear extension to the original building rather than modify it at first floor. This omits the balcony/roof terrace and alterations to the roof in this area. Internally these proposals change the internal layout by locating one of the bedrooms to the ground floor and creating a double height void above the living area. The number of bedrooms is unaltered as 3 bedrooms. The proposals also add a number of roof windows as shown on the roof plan for natural daylight and ventilation into the rear of the property. These have been located on the rear facing roofs where possible.

Minor material amendment to planning permission 18/P/4127/FUL (demolition of single storey annexe and garage and construction of 3-bedroom dwelling, with access from existing drive and new pedestrian access) to allow minor amendments comprising an extension of the ground floor level to the rear and minor changes to the front and rear elevations, altering window proportions and approved material combinations.
