All trees need to have crown size reduced, as getting too large for their setting. T1 Cherry - reduce by 20%, T2 & 3 Ash - reduce by 30% T4 & 5 Lime - reduce by 30%, T5 - reduce by 30% and remove branches rubbing against telephone wire, T1,2,3 are in rear garden along boundary fence with No 7 Northumberland Avenue. T4,5 & 6 are in front garden running along inside of boundary hedge to Northumberland Avenue. The trees are within Benton conservation area.

1no Cherry tree located on neighbouring land and within A2 of West Street, Wallsend TPO 2007: Reduce overhanging branches by 5.0m on the south western canopy back to the boundary fence line. (description amended 05.11.2020)

Remove fence on rear boundary that backs on to metro line and replace with brick wall to match side boundaries in back garden. Fence height 2.6m and want to raise this by 1m (3.6m) to provide greater privacy (as Nexus removed trees lining both sides of metro recently), reduce metro noise and reduce foliage growing through and over fence. A walled boundary would be in keeping with my neighbour
