Construction of a two storey and single storey extension to the rear of the property. The roof over the garage will be changed to a mono pitch roof. Single storey extension (1500 mm) to the front of the property with a pitch roof over it. (Part Retrospective) (Amended plans received 07.12.2021)

Single storey kitchen extension to side and single storey dining room extension to rear. Flat roofs to both with lantern style roof lights. Existing Porch flat roof replaced with hipped roof. Works to include installation of timber cladding to rear, front and side elevations (part retrospective).
