Variation of conditions 1 (approved plans) and 5 (materials) of planning approval 21/00622/FUL - Change roof tile of main roof area from slate to Smooth Grey Double Roman Roof Tile. Marley 342165. Details of proposed dormer changed to include brick pier constructed off existing rear wall. Dormer cheeks now covered with single ply membrane with character of hanging slate. Ground and first floors of the flats, remove the intervening walls at the back of the original offshoot extension to provide more room within each flat. Existing chimney at top of gable has been removed and replaced with raised abutment/ water tabling at ridge level.
