Variation of condition 1 of planning approval 21/02377/FUL to make the following amendments to the approved plans: - Replacement of the juliet balcony to first floor front elevation with an external balcony with railings. - Omission of pitched canopy roof to front of garage. - Alteration to front roof lights to provide a cabrio balcony roof light system.

(no change in footprint) removal of single roof window to rear extension and combination system installed to opposite side.
