Erection of a 6ft fence behind the current trees and shrubs which are in place at the front of property

Proposed 1.5m to 1.8m fence at front of property with a bin store and storage cupboard running from the fence, up the driveway, towards the house

New boundary fence

Construction of insulated single storey Garden Room at rear of property, 12 metres away from House and 1100mm away from boundary fences on remaining 3 sides. Proposed Dmensions: Width 6300mm , Depth 4900mm, Height 3000mm with internal floor of 5500mm x 3800mm. Built of timber construction with EPDM Rubber Roof covering pitched to allow rainwater to filter into guttering and Water Butt. Front elevation will have UPVC Patio doors and 2 windows. Front elevation will be Timber clad, Sides and Rear to be clad in galvanised steel box profile sheets.

Single storey side, rear and forward extension, porch and loft conversion with rear dormers and boundary fence (amended plans)

To modify pre-existing boundary treatment to add fence above 1m and some extension of three brick corner pillars (increase in pillars)

Consent for internal and external alterations to Dial Cottage, works include, repairing of windows, timber and cast iron guttering, external painting and rendering, replacement /repair of windows, timber fence to rear, removal of wooden gate, damp proofing, removal of modern timer partition walls, updating/installation of ground floor bedroom and bathroom, updating of electrics, plumbing, heating, hot water, ventilation, redecoration throughout, external rear garden landscaping, reinstalment of Heritage open days (Revised plans received 27.01.2022 and 10.02.2023)
