Bolt intends to apply for a Certificate of Lawful Usage with the use class E(g)(i) as evidence of our office to present to North Tyneside council as part of a requirement for a private hire operators licence. We are a technology based app only platform connecting passengers to drivers to complete their journeys. Office 1.9 will be used purely to satisfy private hire licensing conditions in North Tyneside, to show we have a valid office in the town. Our location for this application will serve the purpose of E(g)(i) as it will be used for administrative purposes, to meet licensing officers once or twice a year and to be used as a temporary workspace by a Bolt Employee attending council meetings. The premises will not be accessible by the public, and Bolt expects less than one visitor per month between the hours of 9am-5pm. Changes to the existing office buildings include changes to the curtain walling at ground floor. New double access doors for loading and deliveries will be added to match the PPC of the curtain walling and in one location on each building a new kitchen vent will replace a panel. Previous kitchen access and ventilation removed and made good to match adjacent curtain walling. Re-locate kitchen vent. Apply a vinyl film to the inside of the glazed curtain walling.
