Repair works following damage caused by fallen tree: Replacement of String course & Damaged lintels/jambs; Replacement of slate roof; New guttering; Corner stitching exiting stonework; Crack repair; Moulded voussoir repair; Repointing; Ground floor window replacement; First floor bathroom window replacement; Boundary wall reinstatement; Gate pillars & gate reinstatement.

To install an en-suite shower room with a toilet and washbasin, within the confines of the largest bedroom of the ground floor flat. In the en-suite there will be no window and it is proposed that the extractor fan discharges moisture through a small vent in the roof. This will be installed to be as unobtrusive as possible under the existing slates. Along with an extractor fan installed in the existing bathroom, hidden in the same way as that from the en-suite.
