T1 - populus nigra - target prune 6 tertiary branches overhanging boundary with maximum cut diameter of 4 inches

Beech - Remove within property adjacent to boundary wall and shown as red dot on site plan. Ash - Prune overhanging branches on southern canopy to the boundary line of 19 The Grove, Benton

T2 - Elm - Neighbours tree to prune overhang away from house and back to boundary. The site is within The Green, Wallsend conservation area.

All trees need to have crown size reduced, as getting too large for their setting. T1 Cherry - reduce by 20%, T2 & 3 Ash - reduce by 30% T4 & 5 Lime - reduce by 30%, T5 - reduce by 30% and remove branches rubbing against telephone wire, T1,2,3 are in rear garden along boundary fence with No 7 Northumberland Avenue. T4,5 & 6 are in front garden running along inside of boundary hedge to Northumberland Avenue. The trees are within Benton conservation area.

T13 Cherry - Crown lift to 2.5m; T18 Birch - Prune to clear phonelines by 1.5m, prune to clear building by 2m and crown lift to 3m; T27 Elder - reduce and reshape to a height of 2.5m; T29 Wild Plum - Crown reduce and reshape by 2.5m; T39 Conifer - trim sides to shape and clear path; T44 Plum - Reduce sides by upto 1.5m to shape and clear parking; T55 Birch - Crown lift to 3m; G58 Lilac, yew, willow - crown lift/prune back to boundary upto 6m; T65 Apple - Crown lift/prune back over path to 3m. Trees are within Monkseaton conservation area.

1. Apple tree - Prune back branches from neighbouring tree. 2. Crab Apple - Reduce height by 0.5m and prune back sides to shape up to 1.2m. 3. Whitebeam - crown reduce and reshape by 2.5m. 4. Rowan - crown reduce and reshape by 1m. 5. Crab Apple - crown reduce and reshape by 1m. 6. Rowan - crown reduce and reshape by 2m. 7. Maple - crown reduce and reshape by 2.5m. 8. Maple - crown reduce and reshape by 2.5m. 9. Plum - remove righthand stem, crown reduce and reshape remainder by 2m. 10. Rowan - prune back to boundary to give clearance to neighbouring tree and clear boundary fence.

Remove two branches from Sycamore tree (T3) and prune 1no Willow (G1) which overhang the car park back inline with the boundary fence.

Sycamore (T1) Fell tree to allow for the relandscaping of garden. This tree is growing extremely close to the boundary wall and will eventually cause damage to the fabric of the wall
