Erection of a 6ft fence behind the current trees and shrubs which are in place at the front of property

T1 - Lime - Remove. The tree is in growing in the rear yard of the property. It is in contact with the western boundary wall between No. 15 & the adjacent property causing structural problems to the wall (risk of failure). The tree was inspected in 2020 by We Care Tree Care - at this time the tree was retained and pruned. It has since continued to grown and is causing structural damage to the adjacent wall. 1. T1 Hornbeam - Prune, 2. T2 Oak - Fell, 3. T3 Oak - Fell, 4. T4 Oak - Fell, 5. T5 Hornbeam - Fell. Prune back one tree and then remove the remaining 4 trees due to an issue with gutters and leaf fall on workshop building. Beech - Fagus Sylvatica - remove. 1/3 Ford Avenue, Chirton, TPO2002 Removal of mature beech tree as it is too large for the street. The home owner is also concerned about the impact the tree may have if it is to fall with high winds. To remove beech tree is primarily for safety.

T57 Sycamore (T1) Remove tree as it is causing significant damage to the boundary wall. This tree has outgrown its position and needs to be removed and replaced with a more suitable tree species
