Development of 605 residential dwellings (C3), a 60 unit extra care centre (C2), a new primary school (F.1), a new nursery school (E), a new community hall (F.2), new neighbourhood retail use (E), new public open space and vehicular access from the A511 and Nottingham Road (outline - all matters other than part access reserved) approved under planning permission ref. 21/02089/VCUM without complying with Conditions 7, 12, 13, 14, 19, 25, 26, 28 and 29 so as to allow for amended trigger points for submission and approval of details under those conditions, and to include additional conditions in respect of demolition methodology

External works to create new green space and public square with fountain, planting, seating, lighting, cycle parking and alterations to existing paving and canopies and new shop frontages. Timber cladding to exposed gable end elevations of units 48 and 62 following demolition works and new overhead signage and tenant directory at gateways.
