Change of use from a public house (sui generis) to a convenience shop (class E(a)) and flexible uses comprising: shop (class E(a)) and/or restaurant/cafe (class E(b)) and/or financial/professional/other services (other than health/medical services) (Class E(c)) and/or betting shop (sui generis) and associated extensions, alterations and ancillary development.

Change of use from former bingo hall (sui generis) to Class E(a) retail. Erection of 4.8 metre high enclosure to form external garden centre, security fence around service yard and bin store, security yard gates, provision of sprinkler tank and pump house, external alterations to southern elevation to remove double entrance doors and creation of new double doors on eastern elevation.
