Alteration to existing front access and northeast boundary

Reconfiguring works - to include amending road layouts, new landscaping and alterations to the positioning of units to achieve 6m spacings between caravans. The new layout will be fully complicit with modern licensing regulations. All proposed works will be retained within the lawful boundary of the established holiday park to prevent any land use changes, and the caravans will fall under the legal definition as set out within the act.
