Proposed remodel of existing house to include removal of existing flat roof and replacement with pitched roof. Alterations to existing boundary wall.

Listed building consent for internal alterations and fit-out to main house as well as conversion and extension of outbuildings to form studio, new boundary treatment and landscaping.

Proposed single-storey side extension to dwelling house and associated internal alterations; canopy over steps to main entrance porch; detached garage with integral workshop; reconfiguration of the front garden to provide off-street parking space within the property; new steps and raised planting beds to front entrance of house; new boundary walls/treatments; new vehicle access to south boundary; widening of existing vehicle access to east boundary; terracing and landscaping to suit the topography of the site (Amended Plans received 02/07/2020).

Internal and external alterations including: Removal of later dilapidated single storey extension to South East corner; removal of modern conservatory; removal of most modern casement type windows to be replaced with new sash windows; adjustment of existing opening between house and conservatory (to be removed); adjustment in shape of pitched roof to Southern range; formation of internal door opening between existing kitchen and existing entrance hallway; removal of internal walls forming existing cloakroom/wc; removal of internal wall between two existing bedrooms; new build extension to listed Fort House; new build residential ancillary block containing leisure and home working facilities and guest suite; new build garage; removal of two existing garages/large sheds; removal of a tennis court and surrounding fence; general landscaping works; conservation repairs to Water Tower, boundary wall and store/old Gaol; new external steps and glazed enclosure to mid level of Water tower to provide interpretation facilities for the historic Battery and Fort Site
