Change of use, conversion and alteration of the existing buildings to create 6 holiday let units, including landscaping and boundary treatments

Reconfiguring works - to include amending road layouts, new landscaping and alterations to the positioning of units to achieve 6m spacings between caravans. The new layout will be fully complicit with modern licensing regulations. All proposed works will be retained within the lawful boundary of the established holiday park to prevent any land use changes, and the caravans will fall under the legal definition as set out within the act. To confirm no more than 228 caravans will be sited on the park. Reference: GA3496.

Listed building consent for internal alterations and fit-out to main house as well as conversion and extension of outbuildings to form studio, new boundary treatment and landscaping.
