Trees in a Conservation Area: G1 Willow - Tie in loose growth and trim, T4, T6 Sycamore - reduce height by 2-3m, prune to balance crown, T5 Ash - option 1 re-inspect in the summer to check for signs of Ash dieback, option 2 Fell as close to ground level as practical, G2 Larch, Elm, Cherry - crown lift, prune back in line with high wire boundary fence to a height of 4m, G3 Laurel, Privet, Cotoneaster, Elder - Trim shrubs, T10 Yew - prune to give 2m clearance from the building and G4 Fruit trees- trim/prune and shape.

Single storey extension to existing house, removal of 3no. chimneys and 2no. single storey entrance porches, addition to existing house of new windows, doors, cladding, rainwater goods and solar panels, replacement of segments of new boundary fence, addition of 2no. parking bays within site boundary, addition of outdoor decking.

Certificate of Lawful Development - Proposed Removal of asbestos containing materials (principally pitched roof covering of attached garage/sheds) and dismantling of existing porch. Breakout all existing concrete hardstanding, and grub up redundant founds/slabs, drainage, remaining below ground structures ready for installation of all new below ground services. Reinstatement works to include new stone to gravel driveway with feature cobble sets to entrance thresh and steel edging to soft/hard landscaping. Setting out of perimeter garden fencing to north side and feature steps to lawned area and new stone boundary wall erected to east side of building as change of material from fencing in garden area. New entrance gates and gate posts/walling to the south-east corner of the site (amended description).
