Removal of substation. Path to car park increased to 3m in accordance with SBD comments. Path to courtyard adjacent plots 1-4 removed with maintenance strip added in accordance with SBD and client comments. Sprinkler tank location updated and VP parking next to plots 1-4 rearranged. Lighting column next to cycle path added as per S38 drawing. Path to plot 9 parking added. SuDs basin (and therefore red line around SuDs basin) updated in line with S38 and engineering drawings. Minor changes to elevations of apartment block and Tyneside apartments have been updated to reflect latest detailed design. Minor changes to boundary treatments.
