Tree Preservation Order:- (T1) Cherry - Prune crown to give 2m clearance to house, crown lift to give 3m clearance above ground level and crown thin by 15% (T2) Leyland Cypress - Remove to near ground level (T3) Silver Birch - Remove and replace with Rowan (Sorbus acuparia) Light Standard (T4) Elm - Prune crown to give 2m clearance to house and crown lift to give 3m clearance above ground level (T5) Leyland Cypress - Remove to near ground level (T6) Sycamore - Crown lift to give 2.5m clearance over the garden area and crown thin by 15% Replace T2 & T5 with Hornbeam (Carpinus betulas) or Beech (Fagus sylvatica) hedge as a continuous strip along boundary with Front Street to establish formal hedge using 60cm whips planted in double staggered row at 60cm centres.
