Proposed works to ancillary cottage include replacement of existing electrical and plumbing systems, replacement of existing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings, removal of existing ceiling to form vaulted ceiling, replacement and repair of floorboards, removal and reconfiguration of internal walls, repairs to plasterwork, replacement of existing cupboard to form new bathroom, removal of existing rooflights and installation of 2 no.
