Demolition of front facing single storey porch, side facing garage and rear facing single storey extensions. Construction of front facing single front and side storey extensions with a first floor balcony. Replace rear extension and conservatory with rear extension. Composite with render below to all proposed elevations. All windows to be replaced with new UPVC.

First floor extension above garage, existing rear conservatory replaced with single storey extension and loft conversion with dormer window.

Alterations to existing single storey house. Removal of existing roof and attic floor area, rear conservatory, ground floor side and rear elevation extensions. Reconstruction of single storey house to create two storey house with rear two storey rear and side extension, three dormer windows to rear elevation, and rear balcony at first floor level. Addition of central two storey extension with entrance porch at ground level and addition of five skylights to new roof area in front elevation. A small excavated area to the rear to improve vehicle access to the basement garage area.

Conversion of existing garage/barn to domestic activity spaces. Provision of new windows, floor and insertion of new rooflights. Connecting to main house via door to Conservatory.

Demolish single storey offshot to rear and conservatory porch to front. Demolish existing single story detached garage located at side. Erect new single storey extension to rear and garage to side. Alter front elevation to install new aluminium sliding glazed doors. Replace existing uPVC windows with new timber windows. Upgrade insulation with new external wall insulation (EWI) system with render finish, to be overlaid ontop of existing rendered masonry wall.

Side extensions with roof windows, garage to be extended to double garage, internal alternations and replacing conservatory.

Convert garage, provide porch, remove conservatory, and alter windows

Removal of flat roof and replace with pitched roof. Demolition of garage and construction of conservatory in place. Alteration to roof bay window and installation of velux roof lights.

Internal and external alterations including: Removal of later dilapidated single storey extension to South East corner; removal of modern conservatory; removal of most modern casement type windows to be replaced with new sash windows; adjustment of existing opening between house and conservatory (to be removed); adjustment in shape of pitched roof to Southern range; formation of internal door opening between existing kitchen and existing entrance hallway; removal of internal walls forming existing cloakroom/wc; removal of internal wall between two existing bedrooms; new build extension to listed Fort House; new build residential ancillary block containing leisure and home working facilities and guest suite; new build garage; removal of two existing garages/large sheds; removal of a tennis court and surrounding fence; general landscaping works; conservation repairs to Water Tower, boundary wall and store/old Gaol; new external steps and glazed enclosure to mid level of Water tower to provide interpretation facilities for the historic Battery and Fort Site
