Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) on approved application 21/00086/FUL to allow pool wing to be removed from design due to design development, energy efficiency and ongoing cost and maintenance concerns. Building moved deeper into site away from Newlands and 1m West to avoid root protection area. Top storage floor has had its head height increased and garage is slightly larger. Small amendments to external openings as result of design development.
