Alterations to the existing house, change of use of adjoining barn into living accommodation, new detached garage, extension of residential curtilage, new stables with adjoining paddock and alteration of land levels (amended 6.10.22)

Remove existing rear PVC conservatory and replace with single storey rear extension, including new patio/decking area, remove existing wooden stable block and storage shed and replace with new detached garage (as amended)

Demolish existing garages stone and timber porches, construct stone porch and restore original entrance, new garage and stable block with associated parking, extend potting shed, form new vehicular access with stone wing walls, gate pillars and timber gates.
