Part demolish central area of block 1 and dilapidated connected buildings to North & East of block 1 building. Reconfiguration of existing internal spaces and external facade improvements to bring building up to modern and suitably compliant standard, with additional improvements including photovoltaic panels and upgraded thermal insulation - to create multiple desirable industrial building units. Improved parking provisions and access to building and units for deliveries will create better functioning spaces.

The erection of a substation to allow the full function of the Merit Factory industrial unit (Retrospective)

Change of use from B8 to mixed use of B2 and B8. Works to include subdivision into 2 units using internal partition and creation of 1 new address. 1 unit retained as milk depot and 1 unit a general industrial unit and extension for additional WC.
