Change of use from office accommodation to 1 bed house for social housing

Variation of condition 2 (materials and finishes) and 3 (approved plans) on approved application 21/02599/FUL in order for first floor plan to show changes required to accommodate a staircase that will comply with current Building Regulations, additional mezzanine level accommodation (study/home office) now included. The omission of pitched roof structures to the rear elevation to a contemporary shallow pitched roof design with a polymeric roof membrane covering. The roof will be detailed to include feature profiles recreating a traditional lead roof appearance. The original proposed pitched roofs over the dormers were too shallow for standard roof tiles, the roofs over the rear elevation dormers have been amended to coordinate and compliment with the appearance and materials proposed for the new rear extension roof.

Rearrangement of existing annex accommodation to North portion of house with associated alterations and ground floor extension. Existing garage rearranged to provide internal lift and renewable energy plant rooms. Pitched roof extension to North East of house to create double garage and master bedroom over. Infill extension including modified gable at first floor level on East elevation to form link to annex. Extension on West elevation to include flat roof and rooflights. Demolition of field shelter. Replace garden office. Create entrance lobby, infill main door to house. Infill of previous recessed entrance area. Removal of three trees (amended 22.11.2022)
