Listed Building Consent: internal ground and first floor reconfiguration, including loft conversion. Minor external alterations. Replacement of existing roof light and installation of 4no. new roof lights. Remove oil boiler in utility room (and external tank on east elevation) and install bathroom. Renovation of wash house to create utility room including insertion of air source heat exchange pump. Existing opening to be retained and new timber door fitted. (amended 14.12.20)
