Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) on approved application 21/04696/FUL in order to further construction of barn structures occupying Phase 2 of the development by the use of interlocking concrete panels on the lower walls of the barns rather than blockwork, repositioning of barn entrances, simplification of internal spaces within the smaller agricultural buildings, greywater collection from the northern roof of the barn, the provision of roof mounted Solar PV on the new barn structures and minor additions to the permeable hardstanding.

Reinstatement works to include new stone to gravel driveway with feature cobble sets to entrance thresh and steel edging to soft/hard landscaping. Setting out of perimeter garden fencing to north side and feature steps to lawned area and new stone boundary wall erected to east side of building as change of material from fencing in garden area. New entrance gates and gate posts/walling to the south-east corner of the site (amended description).

Comments by 14.6.2023. The Club is exempted under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (First schedule, Para 5). Propose a small 5 pitch site taking caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents and roof tents for members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club for recreational purposes only.
