Change of use from bank on ground floor and associated staff and office facilities on upper levels to 2no. retail units (Use Class E(a) or E(b)) on ground floor and single residential flat on upper floors (Use Class C3 Dwellinghouse). Remove rear metal fire escape stair and metal mesh fencing, remove air conditioning units from rear. Create new shopfronts and associated revisions to entrances.
