Tree Preservation Order Application: T6 Sycamore - Crown Thinning no more than 30% of the leaf area, in addition an element of crown lifting is required to remove the branch which touches on the garage roof.

Removal of existing garage and off shot. Erection of side and rear extension. Existing roof removed replaced with new roof with higher ridge height. Internal alterations to existing layout. Tree preservation application for T1 - Mature Copper Beech Tree reduce lateral spread by 4-5m and thin crown by 10% overall volume. Lift branches growing over the garage to give 1-2m clearance from the roof apex, T2 - Mature Common Lime fell to near ground level and treat stump to inhibit regrowth and T3 - Mature Common Lime crown lift to 5m above ground level by removing epicormic and tertiary growth only.
