Tree Preservation Order Application: T1 - Oak, 25-30% reduction, T2 Ash - Fell, T3 Copper Beech - Reduce extension branch by 1.5 metres growing towards property drive clearance to give 4.5 metres to crown, T4 Common Beech - Remove heavy limb to east to balance tree (see photo Beech 1 showing lean of tree and the bottom right heavy limb) and T5 Sycamore - Reduce 5 branches by 1.5 metres growing over driveway.

Tree Preservation Order: T1 Mature Beech: Proposed reduction by 1/3rd, as tree is in decline and reducing size will reduce potential for failure and may extend viability of maintaining tree. T2 Mature Beech: Removal of 1no. large branch as marked on supplied photographs to provide clearance for traffic in particular higher delivery trucks. T3 Mature Beech: Tree is in significant decline and would be best dismantled to 12ft Monolith whilst its structure is not greatly compromised. Replacement trees are already planted in close proximity to existing trees.
