Non-material amendment to amend condition 19 (gas protection measures) of planning permission 14/03016/FUL to allow plots 28, 107, 114-117, 121, 127, 137 and 150 to have detached garages without gas protection membranes and amend condition 2 (approved plans) of pursuant reserved matters approval 19/01133/REM in respect of floor plan and associated site layout changes for house types 2 and BU4 and the provision of rear garden patio areas for affordable dwellings.
