Tree Preservation Order Application - T1 - Sycamore - Reduce West side of canopy by up to 3m to reduce the weight of the branches, T2 - Remove lowest to branches on the west side of the crown to clear the property roof and T3 - Reduce the crown of the tree by up to 2m to clear parking area.

Tree Preservation Order Application: T6 Sycamore - Crown Thinning no more than 30% of the leaf area, in addition an element of crown lifting is required to remove the branch which touches on the garage roof.

Undertake remedial pruning to T36 to prune back any stubs and damaged branching, T37 Scots Pine Reduce to 8m standing stem (wildlife monolith), T44 Beech Selective prune to trim low branches over driveway to maintain 3-4m clearance to ground level, T45 Goat Willow Selective Prune to give 2m clearance of branches to the roof apex, T46 Beech Selective Prune to give 2m clearance of branches to the roof apex, T47 Goat Willow Selective Prune to give 2m clearance of branches to the roof apex, T48 Goat Willow Fell to near ground level, T49 Robinia Fell to near ground level, T50 Western Red Cedar x3 Fell/clear x3 trees near to ground level and T51 Scots Pine Fell to near ground level.

Tree Preservation Order Application: T1 - Sycamore, reduce crown to 7m high by 3m spread to allow light to our property preventing damage to our roof and moss/mould growth, T2 - Fir, reduce crown to 7m high by 3m spread for the same reasons as mentioned for T1 above and T3 - remove 2 higher branches (as circled in photo) back to trunk to remove from our land.
