Renewal of previous planning consents (C/10/00224/CCD, 15/03718/CCD, 18/01517/CCD & 21/02963/CCD) to allow site to be continued to be used as overflow car park for Castlegate car park long stay section for further 3 years from end of current permission. Original works consisted of grass reinforcement mesh, surface water drainage system and boundary treatment in form of timber telegraph pole edging set 10m from existing walls.

Responses by 03.07.2023 re Long Term Forest Plan - the active management of the majority of woodland found on the estate. Presence of private water supplies within property boundary of particular interest.

Reconfiguring works - to include amending road layouts, new landscaping and alterations to the positioning of units to achieve 6m spacings between caravans. The new layout will be fully complicit with modern licensing regulations. All proposed works will be retained within the lawful boundary of the established holiday park to prevent any land use changes, and the caravans will fall under the legal definition as set out within the act. Hedgerow Removal notice - removal of a 60m of garden hedge which is now in the middle of an agricultural field and no longer forms a meaningful boundary.

Proposed provision of alternative pedestrian access route to Belford Primary School by breaking through existing low level wall adjacent to pavement on Williams Way and forming tarmacadam footpath across former Belford Middle School site to join boundary of Belford Primary School. The footpath will then continue within primary school boundary to reach school buildings.

Construction of new single storey modular building to house reception and nursery provision including necessary improvements to boundary fencing for safeguarding and landscaping (soft and hard) to improve circulation and outdoor play space in line with DfE requirements

Retrospective: Proposed new boundary fencing. New mini-bus drop-off laybys and tarmac wearing course to vehicular access and parking areas. Formation of new pupil entrance, demolition of existing temporary classrooms. Modification of existing 3 court MUGA into 2 courts with new 2 court MUGA to adjacent Richard Coates Primary School.
