Removal of existing windows and doors to majority of elevations to site. Installation of new windows and doors to existing openings, however some door positions will be changed from their existing positions. Some windows will also have new opaque finishes and infill panels at low level to provide means of privacy and protection of low level areas of glazing. Cladding in relation to windows is also proposed to be removed and replaced with new cladding panels.

Refurbishment of existing school building, including re-covering of the flat roofs, removal and replacement of cladding, windows and external doors.

Retrospective: Proposed new boundary fencing. New mini-bus drop-off laybys and tarmac wearing course to vehicular access and parking areas. Formation of new pupil entrance, demolition of existing temporary classrooms. Modification of existing 3 court MUGA into 2 courts with new 2 court MUGA to adjacent Richard Coates Primary School. Minor external improvement works to building comprising replacement upvc windows, new PPC aluminium doors and glazed screens, anti-climb protection and new through coloured render entrance and canopy.

Refurbish annexe building. Strip up to 4no. roof elevations and replace with slate, salvage tiles to restore remainder of roof elevations. Replace all timber windows with UPVC double glazed units. Install solar panels to 2no. roof elevations. Front extension to cafe area. Install ground source heat pump (as amended 15.01.21)

Replacement of windows to toilets and corridor, repair to timber framed stained glass window, overhauling of cast iron rainwater goods, relining of abutment gutter and slate roof repairs.
