Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and 13 (Bird/Bat Box) to allow changes to construction method and materials providing high energy efficiency and sustainability (house to be prefabricated with triple glazed windows and doors), and to allow for installation of an external bird/bat box, in relation to approved application 20/04197/FUL (Amended Description 22/02/2023).

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) on approved application 22/01997/FUL in order to remove internal wall between kitchen and garage area, brick up and fit window in garage door opening to match existing house frontal.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) relating to approved planning application 16/04010/FUL - render of house apart from South facing wall which would be buff stone, Removal of coins around windows and doors. Garage to be completely rendered with coins down front corners. Red tiles to be used on roof of house and garage.
