Refurbishment work and construction of a rear dormer

Refurbishment including replacement of hardrow cement tile roof with second-hand Welsh slate, removal of a chimney and modification of dormer window, renovation/replacement of windows, installation of a window and three roof lights and modifications to stairs and its supporting structure, and construction of garden room in rear garden (As Amended 10.10.2023).

Demolition of existing garage and construction of two storey side extension with front elevation bay windows and rendered finish. Convert loft into two bedrooms and bathroom and construction of double dormer on rear elevation and single dormer on front elevation.

Removal of rear pitched slated roof and the construction of a flat dormer roof with 2 small domed roof lights and 3 veluxe roof lights on existing front roof elevation
