The omission of pitched roof structures to the rear elevation to a contemporary shallow pitched roof design with a polymeric roof membrane covering. The original proposed pitched roofs over the dormers were too shallow for standard roof tiles, the roofs over the rear elevation dormers have been amended to coordinate and compliment with the appearance and materials proposed for the new rear extension roof.
