Garden landscaping modified with stepped terraces removed and replaced by a main garden terrace at a lower height and lean-to greenhouse. Minor alterations to window arrangement on west elevation including the omission of garage and en-suite windows. South gable brise soleil detail replaced by solid canopy to same size and geometry.

Certificate of Lawful Development - Proposed Removal of asbestos containing materials (principally pitched roof covering of attached garage/sheds) and dismantling of existing porch.
