Non-material amendment (Internal and external alterations proposed to Plot 2 including changing garage in craft room, creation of walk-in wardrobe in roof space, change of garage door to personnel door / screen, inclusion of patio doors at rear, new window opening at rear of craft room, inclusion of rooflight at rear of single storey roof and siting of timber shed in rear garden for storage of cycles and garden equipment) on approved application 20/03675/REM.

Alterations to existing single storey house. Removal of existing roof and attic floor area, rear conservatory, ground floor side and rear elevation extensions. Reconstruction of single storey house to create two storey house with rear two storey rear and side extension, three dormer windows to rear elevation, and rear balcony at first floor level. Addition of central two storey extension with entrance porch at ground level and addition of five skylights to new roof area in front elevation. A small excavated area to the rear to improve vehicle access to the basement garage area.

Listed Building Consent for alterations comprising inserting one window with shutter in South facing gable wall, and the replacement of existing window with fully glazed panel and shutter on West elevation (Amended Description).
