A small excavated area to the rear to improve vehicle access to the basement garage area.

Certificate of Lawful Development for Proposed demolition of existing conservatory and replace with a single-storey lean-to extension, rear of garage will also be extended with a single-storey flat roof extension (adjoining the lean-to extension) and conversion of garage to studio room

Conservatory roof upgraded to an insulated flat roof (ridge line maintained), installation of roof lantern, Installation of log burner and flue to conservatory and upvc cladding facade to perimeter of roof. (Retrospective)
