Propose to erect 1 x 10m telecoms pole, which will be buried 3m under the grass surface, under the Telecommunications Act 1997 permitted development legislation

Under the telecommunications permitted development legislation, intention to install a 9M telecoms pole, which will be buried 3m under grass surface.

Propose to erect a 10m telecoms pole, which will be buried 3m under the grass surface, as per telecommunications permitted development legislation.

Notification under the telecommunications code regulations 2003 permitted development rights. To install electronic communication apparatus upgrade on existing tower.

Proposed upgrade under Part 16 Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2016 to existing telecommunications installation. Propose to remove the existing 15m street pole and install a new 15m street pole on a new root foundation. 3No existing antennas to be removed and 6No antenna proposed onto new pole together with ancillary apparatus 12 No ERS x12 proposed. Installation of 1No wraparound cabinet and 2No proposed cabinets and 2 proposed break out boxes.

Installation comprising cabinet swap and GPS add together with development ancillary thereto at the telecommunications facility

Notification under the electronic communications code regukations 2003 to utilise permitted development rights. The proposed installation to replace and upgrade telecommunications equipment.
