Non-material amendment relating to planning permission 19/04548/FUL to allow minor amendment to the elevation treatment by introducing coloured 'ceder effect' fibre-cement cladding in place of the natural coloured cedar cladding originally proposed (as cladding appearance and orientation is to remain the same, the only notable difference will be a difference in colour. Three alternate cladding colours are proposed:- Pewter to plots 1, 4 and 6 Slate Grey to plots 2 and 5, Pearl to plots 3 and 7. Alterations to window fenestration on house type D and alteration to balcony on house type B.
