Removal of existing mast and antennas to be replaced with 20m mast on new concrete foundation to support 12no. antennas, 4no. transmission dishes and remote radio units together with extension to compound area and associated fencing, GPS antenna and ancillary development.

Ancillary development comprising laying of concrete hardstanding, erection of palisade and acoustic fencing, creation of external storage bays and wash down area, stationing of above ground fuel tanks, demolition of existing outbuilding and changes to external fenestrations associated with use as distribution depot (Class B8).
