T2: Reduce tree in front of house on south side of the by 2-3m for reduction of wind sail effect, from estimated 17m to 15m crown spread and crown raise to 6m; T3 sycamore: Crown raise over shed to 3m clearance from newly built structure and reduce overall by 1-2m; T4 Dead stag: To be felled, logged and left as monolith for habitat; T5 beech: Reduce overextended limbs over pathway; Crown raise oak and beech over driveway to 5-6m for vehicular access.

T1 oak: Crown lift to up-to 4.5m giving good clearance over highway, footpath and shed; G1 (group 1) mixture of sycamore and plum: Coppice / re-coppice anything that is up to 8inch diameter; T2 sycamore - T2 is in group 1 opposite parking space 36: Remove to ground level; G2 - (group 2) mixture of hazel and elders: Coppice / re-coppice all; T3 lime: Crown lift up to 4m; T4 lime: Crown lift up to 4m; T5 plum: Crown lift up to 4.5m to give good clearance from car park; T6 plum: Crown lift up to 4.5m to give good clearance from bike shed.

T1 Conifer: Fell to ground level; T2 Copper beech: Reduce the branches encroaching on the BT wire to give 1 metre clearance; raise the two small branches above the drive on the southwest side to 4 metres above ground level and remove the small branch, which is encroaching on the shed on the northwest side, back to the trunk.

T1 - Holly: Fell. Tree leans heavily towards old wall. T2 - Holly (variegated): Reduce in height from 7m to 5m due to lean towards the wall and shed.

Demolition of the existing school dining hall, ad hoc structures, sheds and trees. Redevelopment of site for new dining and teaching facilities, with the provision of a new pedestrian and service access, landscaping, the relocation of an electricity substation and the provision of associated infrastructure.
