Beech (Tree 407) - Fell leaving conservation stump 3m to 4m and plant a replacement tulip tree.

T1 - Cotoneaster: Reduce height from 8m to 5m, reduce away from the building to provide 2m of clearance. T2 - Willow: Remove lowest branch to the south west. T3 - Plum: Fell (dead). T4 - Plum: Fell (dead). G5 - Plums: Fell (dead). T6 - Plum: Fell (dead).

1 x Maple: Located at the entrance - reduction in height from 10m to 8m, radial spread reduction from 3m-2.5m 6 x Maples: Adj to Baltic House - Height reduction from 12m-10m. radial spread reduction from 2m-1.5m. To allow 1m clearance from building and from overhanging the road.

T039 - False acacia: Crown reduction to reduce height from 16m to 12m (as per Tree Decay Detection Report received 22.11.23).

T1 cherry: Reduce current height from 14.5m to 11.5m, N radius from 6.5m to 5m; S radius from 7.5m to 5m, W radius from 6.5m to 5m, E Radius from 7.5m to 5m, crown raise to 3.5m & and reduce back from building to give a 1m clearance.

T1 Scots pine: Current height & span 10m - cut the lowest drooping limb on the side of no.155 back to the main stem; T2 beech located in the rear garden of no.153: Current height 25-30m & span approx 20m - Reduce one smaller limb, which overhangs the boundary from 153 to 155 by approx 2-3m, to just in front of the boundary line; T4 Scots pine: Current height & span 20m - Reduce low corner of tree by approx 3-4m to allow more light, raise the lowest drooping limbs and thin out select branches throughout the crown where appropriate to reduce limb weight; T5 & T6 limes: Current height 30m & span 15-20m - Crown thin by approx 30% and reduce select limbs away from the roof of no.157 by 2-3m; T7 Scots pine: Current height 25m & span 15m - Cut the lowest drooping limbs back to the main stem; T8 holly: Current height 15m & span 3m - Reduce height by approx 5-7m.

T1 - Hawthorne: reduce. from 5m to 3m in height, and 3.5m to 2.5m in width. T2 - Elder: Pollard at 0 - 1.5m. T3 - Fig: reduce from 3m in height to 1/5-2m, and 5m in width to 2-3m in width. T4 - Cherry: Pollard at 1.5 - 2.4m, or fell depending on condition.

T1 Narrow leaved ash x 3: Crown clean and reduce/remove new extension growth and shape as previous instruction (application of Nov 21); G1 Himalayan birch x3 Low canopy over wall and highway: Trim back by up to 1m over garden and crown lift to clear highway by 5m.

T1 lime: Fell and provide a replacement tree in a suitable location.
