T1 Scots pine: Current height & span 10m - cut the lowest drooping limb on the side of no.155 back to the main stem; T2 beech located in the rear garden of no.153: Current height 25-30m & span approx 20m - Reduce one smaller limb, which overhangs the boundary from 153 to 155 by approx 2-3m, to just in front of the boundary line; T4 Scots pine: Current height & span 20m - Reduce low corner of tree by approx 3-4m to allow more light, raise the lowest drooping limbs and thin out select branches throughout the crown where appropriate to reduce limb weight; T5 & T6 limes: Current height 30m & span 15-20m - Crown thin by approx 30% and reduce select limbs away from the roof of no.157 by 2-3m; T7 Scots pine: Current height 25m & span 15m - Cut the lowest drooping limbs back to the main stem; T8 holly: Current height 15m & span 3m - Reduce height by approx 5-7m.

Tree H & K beeches; Tree C: holly; Tree F: oak; Tree G; sycamore and Tree J: blackthorn - Trim back to boundary.

Lime (T1): remove the 200mm diameter stem on the south side and remove the suckers on the south side to stop encroaching on the boundary or BT line; Pine (T2): remove the large branch of the east side at approx. 5m above ground level and the over-extended branch on the west side at approx. 8m above ground level; Beech (T3): reduce to give 1-1.5m clearance from the BT line and reduce the lateral spread at the south side from 6m to 5m spread; Variegated Maple (T4): reduce and shape from approx. 13m to 12m in height and from approx. 10m to 8m in width. Remove branches from reverted leaves; Variegated Holly (T5): reduce and shape from approx. 5m to 4m in height and from approx. 3m to 2m in width; Yew beside (T6): coppice close to ground level; Eucalyptus (T7): re-pollard to the previous pruning points.

Tree A - Holly: Fell. Tree B - Alder (in neighbouring garden): Cut back to boundary.

T1 - Beech: Trim over pavement back to boundary wall.

Sycamore (T1): Re-pollard to previous pollard point; Laburnum (T2): Re-pollard to previous pollard point; Sycamore (T3): Re-pollard to previous pollard point; Silver Birch (T4): crown lift lower branches by approx. 1.5m to clear communal pathway along with a low overhanging branch back to boundary with 21 Cambridge Street.

Beech (T1): Crown reduction from approx. 15m to 12m to reduce branches overhanging boundary with 1 Mount Pleasant.

T1 Bay - Outer peripheral crown reduced 0.5m. Current height 5m, crown spread 5m. T2 Copper Beech - Overextended laterals over boundary of No.28 pruned back by no more than 2m, feathering back into crown, height and remaining crown not to be reduced. Current height 12m, crown spread 9m.

T1 beech (located at 30 Park Lane): Reduce lower branching to the east to the boundary line; T2 lawson cypress (located at 20 West Parade): Remove subsided branch to the south; T3 quince (located at 22 West Parade): Remove regrowth from previous pruning, reducing height and spread from 5 to 4m.

Strawberry tree ("A"): crown lift to 8ft and remove lower level of branches back to the trunk, clearing the boundary wall.
