Yew (T1): Growing directly adj to building and forcing direct pressure on guttering. Pollard to below gutter height leaving a height of 1.2m; Vatiegated Holly (T2): Reduce overall canopy from 5m to 3m and reduce canopy spread from 2m to 1m; Holly (T3): Growing against boundary wall - Fell.

T1 Robinia: Remove tree to ground level, the tree is a self set growing between boundary wall and sub station; T2 Paper bark birch: Crown raise to 3m; T3 Silver birch: Crown raise to 3m; T4 Paper bark birch: Crown raise to 3m; T5 Robinia: Crown clean; T6 Paper bark birch: Crown raise to 3m; T7 Paper bark birch: Crown raise to 3m; T8 Paper bark birch: Crown raise to 3m; T9 Robinia: Crown thin by 15-20%.

T1 Oak on southern boundary: Suppressed to west. Reduce height by 4m from 10m to 6m and spread by 3m from 8m to 5m with view to reduce further in the future as early veteranised boundary tree; T2 Oak on northern boundary one sided over lawn: Suppressed to north and low canopy south. Reduce extended limbs over lawn side by 2.5 - 3 metres from 8-9m; G1 Mixed, rear boundary trees/high hedge: Overhanging boundary. Lime (T1): Prune overhanging branches back to boundary of 32 Smithfield Rd.

T921 Sweet chestnut: Raise crown removing 3 lowest part dead limbs and live branch at approx 5m to SW; T922 bay: Reduce height from 7m to 5m and radial crown spread from 3.4m to 2m; T923 New Zealand privet extending over neighbouring property: Reduce back to boundary and off adjacent holly; T924 pine: Reduce radial spread from 4.4m to 3m; T941 dead elm: Fell to ground level.
