Yew (T1): Reduce growth towards the house from 5m to 4m, crown raise tertiary branches to 3.5 metres.

T1 beech: Weight reduce heavy lateral branch ends by 2-3 metres through thinning (not effecting overall tree dimensions), inspecting bracing as the tree has not been looked at for several years; G1 yew trees: Crown raise around the house to height of 5-6m to allow more light into the property.

T1 beech: Crown lift to approx 3.6m on 1A Lime Tree Road side, reduce away from main building by up to 2.4m giving final radius of approx 9m, also feather in No. 1A side to blend in with canopy by 1.2m-1.4m for final radius of 9m+ & remove 2 lower branches towards house; T2 Persian ironwood: Remove 1 branch extending towards No. 1A yew.

Bhutan Pine (T1): Reduce height from 18m to 13m, remove any dead wood and reduce canopy to balance height reduction work; Lime (T2): Fell to ground level; Yew (T3): Reduce branches away from house, resulting in 4m clearance between branch tips and house.

T1 - Laurel: Reduce spread by 1.2m towards house and 3m on garden side to a radius of 9m. T2 - Apple: Fell. T3 - Yew: Fell. T4 - Walnut: Crown thin by 20%. Reduce crown spread by 3m to a radius of 4.9m.

T1 & T2 hollies: Fell; T3 oak: Crown lift secondary branches to 5m, clear the neighbour's roof to provide 1.5m clearance and clear the front of the house to provide 1m of clearance; G4: Re-pollard at 1.5m.

T1 laburnum: Multi-stemmed specimen standing at approx 5m. Removal of two stems closest to and leaning towards the house to improve light to the garden and improve the balance of the tree.

T1 beech: Fell to ground level due to proximity to house; T2 sweet chestnut: Fell to ground level due to proximity to house; T3 Hornbeam: Reduce from approximately 6.5 to 5m in height and from 6.5 to 4.5m in width.

T1 Weeping beech in front garden: Raise low branches over garden, lawn, drive and public footpath to give a 3m to 3.5m clearance, reduce back branches that are growing towards the house to maintain a gap of appox 4m, reduce back branches from the highway to maintain a ground clearance of 5.5m, reduce back branches to clear neighbour's tree and tip-reduce the branches over neighbour's drive; T2 Pollarded lime: Notable decay at the top near the attachment point of the branches, selectively remove the large poles leaving short stubs to promote re-growth: T3 holly located to the rear of the house: Reduce the upper, sparse crown forming a neat dome profile 7m to 5m.

Cedar of Lebanon (T1): Thin the stem coming towards the house by 20%; Copper Beech (T2): Reduce height by 3m, crown to the E by 3m and crown to the N and W by 2m, final height 8m and spread 3m; Copper Beech (T3): Stem growing towards 32 Newmarket Road has poor union. Reduce by 3m; Oak (T4): Remove 3 lowest limbs; Sycamore (T5): Pollard at 4m.
