1 beech, 2 yew, 3 hawthorns, sycamore & holly: Crown lift where necessary, on roadside, to provide approx. 5.5m clearance from ground level over the road. Prune back to property boundary, low growth over footpath (primarily holly) to a height of approx. 3m. Prune growth around overhead lines to provide approx. 1-2m clearance.

Acer (T1): Crown reduction by one third maximum to a height of 3.05m and width of 2.4m; Acer Platanoides (T2): Remove lower branches to boundary; Malus Prunifolia (T3): Remove lower branches to boundary; Ilex Aquifolium (T4): Minor crown reduction/tidy; Prunus Laurocerasus (T5): Minor crown reduction to a height of 3m & width of 2.8m; Fagus Sylvatica (T6): Remove lower branches to boundary; Laurus Nobilis (T7): Minor crown reduction to a height of 5m & width of 2.5m; Acer Pseudoplatanus (T8): Remove selected lower branches; Magnolia x Soulangeana (T9): Crown reduction by one third maximum to a height of 3.9m and width of 4.25m.

Limes on boundary with Unthank Road: Repollard. Pruning back to just above previous pollard points. Regular management of pollards to be repeated on a cyclical basis every 2-3 years (no more frquently than once every 2 years).

Lawson cypress (T11): Fell. Replant with one standard beech. Norway spruce (T13): Fell. Replace with one standard hornbeam. Sycamore (T14): Raise crown to give 3m clearance. Cherry laurel (T12 and T16): Reduce crowns from 5m to 3m and shape. Magnolia (T17): Overall radial crown reduction from 5m to 3m radial spread. Group of lime/elm (G1): Prune back to boundary, from 7m to 3m radial spread over the site.

Yew (T1): Reduce back from steps and boundary by approx. 1.5m. Existing spread 3-4m. Conifer (T2): Trim back from garden. Existing spread 4m, to be trimmed back by a maximum of 30cm. Ast (T3): Reduce back from steps by appprox. 1.5m. Existing spread 6-7m. Walnut (T4): Reduce crown cover by 1.5m. Existing spread of 7m.

T1-9 - Limes: Prune back overhanging branches to boundary line. T10 & T11 - Sycamores: Reduce height to 7m to match T12 & T13. T12 & T13 - Limes: Prune back to boundary.

Yew (T1) (12 Lime Tree Road): Reduce by overhanging limbs by up to 4m and 6m in height back to boundary; Holly (T2) (14 Lime Tree Road): Reduce east facing canopy from approx. 6m to 3m away from building.

General tidying up of overgrown hedge trees, none of any great size. Front hedge: holly, bay, hawthorn etc. Reducing some of low spindly growth on beech tree on Nos 8/10 boundary. In back, removal of one shoot/branch of hazel. Removal of an almost dead plum tree - small. Back hedge of mainly bay plus an oak: reduction to about 8 feet. Removal of annual growth on Lime Tree on No. 8/10 boundary up to but not including first large branch.

T1 Horse chestnut: Removal of 2 branches contributing to tree's lean plus minor growth on trunk; T2 Sycamore: Removal of lower branches; T3 Sapling (ash or horse chestnut): Remove; T4 Lime on boundary with no.8: Remove annual growth around lower trunk and up to first large branches.

Cedar (T1): remove two dead lower branches and reduce crown near house by 3m to 5m; Beech (T2): reduce crown from 7m to 4m approx and reduce height from 16m to 13m to reduce leading on weak union at 6m; Beech (T3): remove; Oak (T4): remove; Yew (T5): remove; Oak (T6): reduce extended branch to the east over roadside public space from 8m to 5m approx; Oak (T7): remove; Scots pine (T8): reduce low branch to south from 6m to 3m; Scots pine (T9): reduce low branch back to boundary from 6m to 3m; Fig (T10): reduce height from 5m to 2.5m back to previous pruning points.
